BY ROAD
From the North
If travelling down the M6, follow signs for the M61 and leave at Junction 30. Once on the M61, follow signs for Manchester/Bolton and leave at Junction 6 (the University of Bolton Stadium should be visible on the left). Take the first exit off the roundabout onto the A6027, the De Havilland Way. At the next roundabout, take a left turn onto Burnden Way and park in the main stadium visitors' car park.

From the South
If travelling up the M6, follow signs for the M62 and leave at Junction 21a, following signs for Manchester. Join the M60 at Junction 12 and proceed to follow signs for the M61 towards Preston. Do NOT take the A666 towards Bolton. Turn off the M61 at Junction 6 and take the third exit off the roundabout onto the A6027, the De Havilland Way. At the next roundabout, take a left turn onto Burnden Way and park in the main stadium visitors' car park.

BY RAIL 

The Toughsheet Community Stadium is located approximately 200 metres from Horwich Parkway Station. Trains regularly run from Blackpool and Preston if travelling from the North, and Manchester and Bolton if travelling from the South. For more details please visit www.rail.co.uk.

BY BUS 

On matchdays, Bolton Wanderers operate 15 separate bus routes from surrounding areas. Travel is priced at £3 for a single journey and £4 for a return journey.

FirstGroup is the chosen bus provider with double-decker vehicles used as the method of transport. For more information or timetables visit Bolton Central or phone FirstGroup directly on 08457 881155.

There are a number of car park facilities available at the Toughsheet Community Stadium and these are operated on a first come first serve basis. Parking at the Toughsheet Community Stadium is cashless. 

Wanderers’ Fan Zone, sponsored by Leasing Options, is situated outside the West Stand near the Nat Lofthouse Statue.

The Fan Zone is a place for Wanderers’ supporters to get together both pre and post-match in a friendly, relaxed environment to grab a bite of locally-sourced food and to enjoy a drink.

With a capacity of 1,000, the outdoor space is open three hours prior to kick off (from 12pm – 3pm) and one hour after the final whistle on Saturdays (5pm – 6pm). For mid-week games, the Fan Zone is open from 5.30pm and close at 7.45pm (kick-off time).  

The Fan Zone hosts a bar, named in memory of Wanderers’ legendary commentator Dave Higson, whose immortal strapline “What a Ding-Dong–Do!”  has gone down in the Whites’ history books. 

The Dave Higson bar stocks Staropramen Lager, Atlantic Pale Ale, Madri and Carling, and local casks beers will be supplied by Blackedge Brewery, Horwich.

In addition, fans can enjoy a variety of delicious local food options including Nam Ploy Thai Street Food, Sushma’Snacks India Street Food, Fratelli’s Pizza and The Cakery. Fan favourite Carrs Pasties are available over the counter at the Dave Higson Bar.

Live football is shown on a giant screen, plus live entertainment is provided by local artists and Bolton FM. 

The stadium has 35 retail outlets providing a selection of hot drinks including Bean2Cup teas and coffees, hot food such as pies, flamegrilled cheeseburgers and hot dogs, and a wide selection of soft drinks, crisps, and confectionery.

A varied selection of beers, cider and wine are also available to purchase on the concourses. 

The Ticket Office is located next to the Club Shop on the south side of the stadium.

Monday – Friday: 9am to 5.30pm

Saturday (home matchday): 9am to 3pm 

Saturday (non-matchday) – 9am until 1pm

Sunday: Closed

Bank holidays: Closed

Shop all-things Bolton Wanderers at the Whites' official Club Shop including replica kits, leisurewear and a wide variety of souvenirs for all the family, from football accessories to soft toys and stationery.

1. Check the weather before you leave for the game and dress accordingly as you will be outside in the open air for the match.

2. If this is your first football match you will need to understand that is can be a very noisy place within a stadium and small children may wish to wear ear muffs.

3. Traffic around the Toughsheet Community Stadium will be heavy so plan your journey to and from the ground. The stadium is well signposted around the local area, Horwich Parkway railway station is situated adjacent to the stadium and is served by regular trains from Bolton, Manchester and Preston (visit National Rail for times and fares), or you may wish to use our matchday bus service (click here for more information).

4. Remember that matches with an evening kick off will finish at around 10.00pm so please bear this in mind when attending with young children.

5. If you are travelling with young children, make sure each has a emergency contact number with them in case you become separated. Once at your seats identify the nearest steward (usually located at each entrance to the stand) in case you need assistance for any reason.

6. Customer service representatives can be found wearing yellow jackets on the approaches around the stadium and are there to help you with any enquiries from directions around the ground to ticket on sale dates for upcoming games.

7. There are food kiosks in the ground which are open before the match until just after half time all serving a range of cold and hot drinks and snacks.

8. The clubs retail store is open from early morning until 30 minutes after the final whistle giving you plenty of time to purchase your souvenirs. Matchday programmes can be purchased from the club store or inside the ground.

A Changing Places toilet provides sanitary accommodation for people with multiple and complex disabilities who cannot use a standard accessible toilet. With additional space and equipment, the facility is designed for people who need assistance to be changed.   

Located in the south-east corner of the stadium, opposite the Club Shop, the facility encompasses a changing bench and hoist, shower facility and toilet. 

With over 11 million people with limiting long-term illness, impairment or disability in the UK, standard accessible toilets meet the needs of some disabled people – but not all. Over 250,00 people in the UK need personal assistance to use the toilet or be changed, and the facility at the Toughsheet Community Stadium will be open on both matchdays and throughout the week to accommodate those who require the space.   

The Quiet Room, which can be found next to the Changing Places facility, has been designed to create a comfortable and calming environment for supporters who may experience sensory overload and require a quiet space to retreat to during a matchday. 

Made possible through funds raised by last season’s Chairman’s Walk, the Wellbeing Hub – located next to the Ticket Office -  will provide a space for BWitC to provide information, support and activities in areas including mental health, cancer awareness, community cohesion, disability and women and girls. It will also provide opportunities to engage with the wider fan base on a matchday. 

The Wellbeing Hub will be open on every Saturday ahead of fixtures from 1pm – 2:45pm and supporters will find:

• A Warm Space for fans to get warm with refreshments available.
• A dedicated youth zone with gaming and activities.
