Former Players Association Annual Charity Dinner

The Annual Former Players' Association Annual Charity Dinner is back, and it promises to be another unforgettable evening!

Taking place on Friday, 14th March, at 7pm, the event is being held in the Boxoso Premier Suite at the Toughsheet Community Stadium to satisfy the high demand that these occasions bring.

Former Wanderer David Wheater will be the guest speaker for the evening, making 236 appearances in an eight-and-a-half-year spell with the club scoring 16 goals.

Wheats will be sharing his favourite Wanderers stories, including scoring away at Vale Park to virtually seal promotion back to the Championship in 2017.

The entertainment doesn't stop there with a live performance by Tommy Govan, comedian Billy Flywheel, as well as a saxophone player for your enjoyment.

President of the BWFC Former Players' Association John McGinlay, said: " As is always the case with this event, we know this is set to be another fantastic night. It's great for us to have David Wheater with us as our guest speaker for the evening, and we thank him for joining us to share his stories on all things Wanderers.

"We'll have incredible entertainment throughout the night too, with both music and comedy on offer. With a host of former players also in attendance, we urge people to come and join us for a brilliant evening."

With so much on offer during the night, this is the perfect way to spend an evening for any Wanderers fan whilst supporting a worthy cause!

Tickets are priced at £60, which includes a complimentary drink on arrival. You will be supporting both Bolton Hospice and the FPA's Christmas Hamper project.
