Young winger backs striker to maintain impressive goalscoring form
Rob Hall has backed in-form striker Jermaine Beckford to continue his hot streak of form in front of goal.
Beckford has hit four goals in his last five outings, which have in turn helped Wanderers embark on a current seven-game unbeaten run.
And Hall, who himself netted his first league goal for the club in the side's last outing against Millwall, believes Beckford has the quality to continue his impressive displays at the fulcrum of the Bolton attack.
"Jermaine is a great role model," he said. "He's been around the game and played at the highest level. He's playing in the Championship but you can tell why he’s played where he's played.
"He's a great friend of mine and I can only learn from his finishing, his movement and what he says to me.
"There's a lot of lads in there who are experienced, so young boys like me can only learn from them.
"He's certainly got the quality in front of goal. When he gets the ball in the right areas there's always a chance it will end up in the back of the net."
After an international reprieve, Hall also stressed the importance of the side picking up from where they left off.
He later added: "We've worked hard for the days that we were in last week. All of the lads are experienced enough to know what we have to do - we'll work hard wherever we are and try and keep up the hard work ahead of this busy period of fixtures."
