Set to be held prior to Wanderers’ final friendly game of pre-season against Dutch outfit Vitesse, the event will give fans the opportunity to collect autographs from the first team squad with a signing session scheduled from 9.30am until 10.30am.
Elsewhere, local radio station Tower FM will be situated outside Bolton Central alongside a climbing wall courtesy of Bolton Council, the Bolton Wanderers Community Trust’s Street Stadia and local magician Jason Rea.
Fans will also have the chance to get involved in a one mile fun run from 11am onwards which ends with a lap around the pitch at Macron Stadium, with Dougie Freedman set to fire the starting pistol and set the runners on their way. All entry fees from the event will be donated to Bolton Wanderers’ Community Trust’s partners the Bolton Bullets, a wheelchair football team.
Entry will cost £3 for adults, £2 for those under the age of 18 and £7 for a family of two adults and two children with runners also encouraged to raise funds for their own chosen charities.
