A look ahead to U21s’ cup clash with Reading
Following back-to-back victories, Wanderers’ Under-21s take on holders Reading at the County Ground, Leyland in the U21 Premier League Cup round of 16 on Monday night.
Iain Brunskill’s side beat Wigan Athletic 4-1 on penalties following a 4-4 draw in the last round, Georg Iliev scoring a hat-trick while Sanmi Odelusi was also on the scoresheet for the Whites.
Visitors Reading meanwhile triumphed 3-0 over Queens Park Rangers to progress in the competition.
Bolton will be keen to replicate their 3-1 away victory over the Royals from earlier in the season where a Rob Hall brace helped secure all three points.
Kick-off is at 7pm and tickets cost £3 for adults and £1 for concessions.
There will be updates throughout the game via the club’s Twitter account @OfficialBWFC, with a full match report available at www.bwfc.co.uk following the game.
