A look back on Neil Danns' 2013/14 campaign in photos
After initially joining the club back in September on a three-month loan deal, Neil Danns’ impact on the Whites was evident with the midfielder returning to the club after Christmas before agreeing a permanent deal earlier this month.
Opening his account with Wanderers on just his second appearance against Birmingham City, the 31-year-old went on to notch an impressive six strikes in total including goals against the likes of Wigan Athletic, Barnsley and Doncaster both on Bolton soil and at the Keepmoat Stadium.
Linking up with former Leicester and Huddersfield teammate Jermaine Beckford during his stint at BL6, the Liverpudlian instantly endeared himself to the club’s supporters thanks to his dogged determination and never-say-die attitude – attributes which saw him scoop third position in the club’s Player of the Year poll.
