Icelandic striker back training with Bolton to work on his fitness
There’s a familiar face back at the Bolton Wanderers training ground - Eidur Gudjohnsen joined in with the first team squad’s training session at Euxton on Monday morning.
The Icelandic striker left the club to sign for Chelsea 14 years ago after netting 27 goals in 77 appearances between 1998 and 2000.
Gudjohnsen was most recently contracted to Belgium side Club Brugge and has been given permission to train with Bolton to maintain his fitness levels.
Our club photographer sent back these exclusive images of Gudjohnsen in training.
