Scotland international joins club on temporary deal until the end of the season
Bolton Wanderers have completed the loan signing of Barry Bannan from Crystal Palace.
The Scotland international midfielder, 25, joins for the remainder of the current season.
Starting his youth career with Celtic, Bannan joined Aston Villa in 2004 before later making his senior debut for the club in the UEFA Cup against Hamburg in December 2008.
A play-off winner with Blackpool in 2010, Bannan has spent time on at Championship sides Derby County and Leeds United as well as the Tangerines during his time at Villa Park, before joining Crystal Palace in September 2013.
Bannan has made ten appearances for the Eagles so far this season, as well featuring for his country in international fixtures against Germany and England.
