Rob Hall, Francesco Pisano and Ross Fitzsimons all feature for loan sides
Rob Hall started for MK Dons as they held Cardiff City to a goalless draw in South Wales on Saturday.
The winger completed 87 minutes for Dons before being replaced by Dean Bowditch at the Cardiff City Stadium.
In Italy, Francesco Pisano came on as a half-time substitute to make his debut for Serie B side US Avellino.
However, it proved to be a day to forget for ten-man Avellino as they fell to a heavy 4-1 defeat away at Novara.
Goals from Enis Nadarevic, Pablo Gonzalez and a Felice Evacuo brace saw Pisano's new side 4-0 down at the break before the defender had even taken to the field.
Raffaele Pucino was sent off for Avellino shortly before the hour-mark, and despite Davide Gavazzi pulling a goal back, they were unable to forge a comeback.
Meanwhile in the Vanarama National League, Ross Fitzimsons started for Bishop's Stortford as they lost 2-1 at home to Ebbsfleet United.
