Tony Harrington will oversee Wanderers Sky Bet Championship away clash against Hull City on New Year's Day at the KCOM Stadium.
Entering into his tenth season as a top flight referee, Harrington has officiated 15 games so far this year, in which he has produced 52 yellow cards and a single red card.
When looking towards last season, Harrington produced 118 yellow cards in 35 games, branding six red cards in total.
The last time Harrington was in charge a Wanderers match was in October 2017, where he oversaw Wanderers 3-3 away draw against Sunderland in the Sky Bet Championship.
In that fixture, Harrington produced one caution in that game, with Lewis Grabban picking it up for the Black Cats.
Mark Dwyer and Robert Merchant will run the line for the fixture, with Thomas Bramall as fourth official.
