Wanderers travel to Paul Harsley’s Manchester City U21s on Tuesday evening for another Leasing.com Trophy clash, this time at the University of Bolton Stadium.
Manchester City U21s currently sit 1st in the Leasing.com Trophy Group Six at the time of writing and they have won both of their games in the competition so far.
Their last fixture in the competition against Bradford City ended in a 2-1 victory.
Team News
The injury list is still packed out for Keith Hill’s men heading into this clash against Manchester City U21s.
Defenders Jake Wright, Harry Brockbank, Liam Edwards, and Jack Hobbs all continue to make their return to the fold from their specific injuries.
Furthermore, midfielders Thibaud Verlinden remains a major doubt heading into this Leasing.com Trophy tie with the Citizens, with Will Buckley ruled out.
Tickets
Tickets will once again be priced at just £5 per person as well as free car parking on the University of Bolton Stadium official car parks.
The West Stand Lower Tier (Blocks A or D) & North Stand Lower Tier (Blocks M or P) will be open with supporters able to pay directly at the turnstiles. Tickets will be sold on a cash-only basis.
Turnstiles will open at approximately 6.15 pm.
We encourage supporters to arrive at the car park as early as possible to avoid traffic congestion & enter the stadium well ahead of kick-off to avoid potentially standing in long queues at the turnstiles.
Please note: the official matchday bus service won’t be in operation for this fixture.

Key Man for City – Adrian Bernabe:
When looking at the Manchester City U21s side, 18-year-old Adrian Bernabe is the main man leading the line for Paul Harsley’s side.
The former Barcelona youth product joined City in 2018, who has also represented Spain at U17 level.
He made his first-team debut last year against Oxford United in the EFL Cup, where the Sky Blues ran out 3-0 winners.
This season, Bernabe represented the City U21s against Rochdale in the Leasing.com Trophy, where he got himself on the scoresheet in a 2-0 victory.
