Ian Evatt’s Bolton Wanderers will open their Sky Bet League Two campaign with a game against Forest Green Rovers at the University of Bolton Stadium on Saturday 12 September.
A week later, they make the long trip to Colchester United before completing September’s league schedule with a home game against Welsh outfit Newport County.
Boxing Day will see Wanderers travel up to Carlisle United while they bring in 2021 on Saturday 2 January with Grimsby Town visiting the University of Bolton Stadium.
Neighbours Salford City will travel up the M61 on Saturday 14 November with the reverse fixture taking place at the Peninsula Stadium on Saturday 6 February, while Wanderers host Tranmere Rovers on Saturday 19 December and the trip to the Wirral happening on Saturday 23 January 2021.
Wanderers will round off their 2020/21 campaign with an away fixture at Crawley Town on Saturday May 8.
