The inspirational evening with Sam Allardyce and Fabrice Muamba that took place on Saturday 25th January in the Premier Suite at the University of Bolton Stadium has been hailed a great success.
Organised by Lisa Forshaw PR, the event gave the opportunity to profile the tremendous work of Bolton Wanderers Community Trust, the charity arm of Bolton Wanderers Football Club and to raise money for the charity.
On the night a huge £5,880.92 was raised towards the work of the Trust engaging in the local community.
Head of the Trust, Phil Mason said, “I want to offer a huge thank you to Lisa and her team for all her hard work to make the night the success it was. It was a great platform to profile the work of the Community Trust and to share some stories of the lives of people transformed.
“In all 33 of our programmes we try to get alongside those we are working with as we offer support and help them realise their own potential. The money raised on the night will really help and support our work in the communities we are engaging in and help support and change lives.
“Thanks to all who supported the night and gave so generously.”
