Following the implementation of the new national lockdown, Bolton Wanderers Football Club has announced the below measures which will take effect today to protect the health and well-being of all our employees and their families.
Club staff will undertake their duties from home where possible.
The club will strictly limit access to the University of Bolton Stadium and the Eddie Davies Training Ground to essential personnel only.
We will constantly review these procedures and will inform our supporters when it is relevant to do so.

Ticket Office
The Ticket Office is closed until such time as the restrictions are lifted.
The Ticket Office phone lines will be operating from 9am until 5.30pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays during this time. The phone number for the Ticket Office is 01204 328 888.
Supporters can also email ticketsales@bwfc.co.uk with any ticketing enquiry.
Retail
Bolton Central will be closed until further notice. However, staff will be responding to emails and general enquiries relating to retail.
If you have any queries for the retail team then please email merchandising@bwfc.co.uk.
Supporters will still be able to purchase merchandise online by visiting www.bwfcdirect.co.uk. Season Ticket Holders can now take advantage of the 15% discount through Wanderers Rewards. Please click here for further information.
Please be mindful that due to the circumstances there may be a slight delay in the delivery of your order.
Supporters can also use the Click and Collect service for any purchases. Orders can be collected via the entrance to the Ticket Hall.
Click and Collect is available for collection from Wednesdays to Saturdays between 11am and 4:30pm.

Bolton Wanderers Community Trust
Bolton Wanderers Community Trust will continue to run a number of sessions and delivery of their community programmes, following Government, Premier League and EFL Trust guidelines.
The Community Trust office will be closed until further notice, with staff working remotely from home but telephone lines will be open on Tuesdays 10am – 3pm and Fridays 10am – 2pm, Tel: 01204 673 790
The charity has been putting in place special measures to provide additional support for their participants that are most at risk, which includes maintaining regular contact with individuals through phone, messages, online platforms and dealing with any individual needs and requests.
The charity will also be working closely with other community partners in Bolton to support those most in need during the ongoing pandemic.

Bolton Wanderers Lotteries
The Club’s lotteries will be operating and the draws will continue to be made on Fridays for the foreseeable future.
The Lotteries Department will continue to operate on reduced hours, via the Ticket Hall, Thursdays and Fridays: 11am – 4:30pm.
May we also take this opportunity to remind all members that they can change from cash collections to our standing order method of payment.
