The EFL is changing the way current season ticket holders can access the iFollow BWFC live stream for home Sky Bet League Two fixtures.
The new system will simplify the process so that season ticket holders will no longer need to input a unique code per home fixture to access coverage.
Instead, the new system will grant automatic and instant access to all BWFC season ticket holders whose iFollow accounts are aligned with their email addresses that are registered with the club when they originally purchased their tickets.
All season ticket holders were emailed on Wednesday 28th October informing them that their email address either matched or didn’t match an iFollow BWFC login.
- Where there is a matched iFollow BWFC login, season ticket holders were informed to access the iFollow BWFC service with that account going forward and no further action is required.
- Where the email address linked with your season ticket doesn’t match a valid iFollow BWFC login, relevant season ticket holders were informed to create an iFollow BWFC login with that email address as the login before 5pm Friday 30th October via the following link to ensure no issues ahead of the Mansfield Town game on Tuesday 3 November.
- Where season ticket holders have multiple seats and don’t currently have a unique email address per seated client, they should email full details including the email addresses used for their BWFC iFollow logins per seated client to ifollow@bwfc.co.uk before Friday 30 October at 5pm.
This new system will come into effect for our home game against Mansfield Town on Tuesday 3 November and will remain in place for all Sky Bet League Two home games at the University of Bolton Stadium until fans are allowed to return.
Any supporter wishing to change their email address will need to email ifollow@bwfc.co.uk or call us on 01204 328 888 with their details.
