As the club prepares to welcome supporters back safely to the University of Bolton Stadium for the first time in over 18 months, Bolton Wanderers has today confirmed its match-by-match pricing structure for our forthcoming Sky Bet League One campaign.
Fixtures will be graded into three categories throughout the season offering different prices, while there will be a minimum of two designated ‘Family Days’ in conjunction with Bolton Wanderers in the Community where tickets will be priced at £10 for adults and £5 for concessions.
The first Family Day will take place on Saturday 18 September when Wanderers host Rotherham United. Ticket details for this and the other Family Days will be announced in due course.
Match day tickets for supporters aged 12 and under will be priced at £8 for all league fixtures and family tickets will continue to be available in the Carrs Pasties North Family Stand.
Bolton Wanderers CEO Neil Hart said: “There is no doubt that the past 18 months have been very challenging for everybody but the most exciting element about this coming season is the return of our fans to the University of Bolton Stadium.
“We cannot wait to welcome them home safely for that first league game against MK Dons on Saturday 7 August.
“Although over 9,500 fans have purchased season tickets for the forthcoming campaign, which is tremendous, we acknowledge that not every Bolton Wanderers supporter can commit to buying a season ticket.
“Therefore, we have announced a competitive pricing structure for match by match admission following our successful promotion campaign last season.
“Over recent seasons the club has faced challenges but now we can all look forward to a bright future with our fans key to this exciting journey ahead.
“It’s quite natural that there will be some concerns about supporters gathering in crowds following the lockdowns and social restrictions, but I want to reassure everybody that your safety is our number one priority.
“We are also absolutely delighted to be offering special Family Days in partnership with Bolton Wanderers in the Community throughout the season where fans can invite their families and friends to help make the atmosphere extra special.
“I’m also pleased to confirm that these match-by-match prices will be frozen for the 2022/23 season.
“With an exciting brand of football being played by the team, we are looking forward to entertaining all our fans at the University of Bolton Stadium for what will be another memorable season.”
Manager Ian Evatt added: “Playing in front of a packed University of Bolton Stadium is something myself and the lads have been looking forward to ever since we joined the club.
“It was very surreal playing a full campaign without our fans in attendance, so we all cannot wait to see the stadium rocking for that first game back!
“During pre-season, I had the pleasure of meeting some of the Wanderers supporters at the local games and the passion they showed was amazing.
“We are ready to welcome back our season ticket holders and the rest of our fans to the University of Bolton Stadium.”
Tickets for Wanderers’ first game of our Sky Bet League 2021/22 campaign, against MK Dons (Category C) on Saturday 7 August, will go sale from 10am on Monday 26 July. Supporters can purchase tickets online or via the phone lines by calling 01204 328 888.
The home fixtures against Oxford United (Saturday 21 August) and Burton Albion (Saturday 4 September) will be graded at B and C respectively. Ticket details for these matches will be announced in due course.
All tickets will be fulfilled using the ‘Print At Home’ and digital ticket options on the club’s official eticketing site. Tickets will be sent to the Lead Purchaser’s registered email address.
