Ian Evatt is thriving off the pressure Bolton Wanderers face as they make a charge for promotion.
Wanderers currently find themselves occupying the play-off berths having won nine games and drawing two from their last 11 fixtures.
And with Walsall visiting the University of Bolton Stadium on Saturday, Wanderers have an opportunity to continue their good form and challenge for the automatic promotion spots.
With their destiny in their own hands, the Wanderers manager knows that pressure can be a driving force for success.
He said: “I’d much rather have this pressure than what we had earlier on in the season. Nothing good in life comes without pressure, in any job, any form of life, you need pressure to have success.
"The two go hand in hand and I’d much rather us have this pressure than have the pressure at the other end of the table.
"We’re fully enjoying our work, we’re really enjoying our performances and our results and we want more. That’s where we’re at and we’re determined to keep it going.”
