Wanderers will be away to League One rivals Rotherham United in the second round of the Emirates FA Cup if they can secure their passage by beating Stockport County in a replay.
Wanderers drew 2-2 with the National League side on Sunday and face a replay at Edgeley Park in the week beginning Monday, 15 November.
Monday night’s draw for round two paired the winners with a trip to Rotherham on the weekend of 3-6 December.
The Millers, who are currently sitting third in League One, booked their place in the second round with a 3-0 home win over National League outfit Bromley last Saturday.
A potential tie at the AASSEAL New York Stadium would be a first FA Cup meeting between Rotherham and Wanderers if Ian Evatt’s men are able to get past Stockport at the second time of asking.
