Ronan Darcy has joined Scottish side Queens Park to further his chance of first-team football.
Darcy moves from Wanderers to the League One outfit on loan for the remainder of the season.
The attacking midfielder – who has made 35 senior appearances for the Whites after coming through the club’s Academy system – spent the first half of the current campaign on loan at Norwegian club Sogndal.
Since his return to Wanderers at the start of January he has featured once off the bench in League One for Ian Evatt’s side.
But following the arrival of attacking players Dion Charles, Jon Dadi Bodvarsson and Kieran Sadlier during January, the 21-year-old has been allowed to move north of the border to join the promotion-chasing Spiders, whose squad includes former Wanderer Luca Connell on loan from Celtic.
Everyone at Wanderers wishes Ronan well during his time in Glasgow.
