The Wanderers’ squad will be showing their support for Community project Fit Fans before kick-off today.
The players will wear t-shirts promoting ‘Fit Trotters’ during the warm-up ahead of the Whites’ game against Sheffield Wednesday.
Fit Fans is a FREE 13-week health programme – run by Bolton Wanderers in the Community and clubs across the EFL – for men and women aged 35-65 who are looking to lose weight, get fitter and lead a more active life.
What can you expect?

- Be supported through your journey by club staff
Fit Fans has helped many participants to achieve long-term improvements in weight loss, physical activity, diet and general wellbeing.
A female session will be held on a Monday 6.30 – 8.00pm and a male session will be on a Wednesday 6.30 – 8.00pm at the University of Bolton Stadium.
We also have a session available for males at Slaterfield Community Centre (Great Lever) on a Tuesday 6.30 – 8.00pm. This session will commence on Tuesday, 3 May and is aimed at those who are aged 18 and over.
