'B' team forward Matty Grivosti has secured a loan move to National League outfit Yeovil Town.
Grivosti joined the Wanderers’ B team set-up from Warrington Town earlier this summer after completing his studies at the Robbie Fowler Academy.
And the 19-year-old – who can operate in a variety of forward and attacking midfield roles – now gets the chance to play first-team football after agreeing a three-month stay with the Glovers.
Grivosti is set to be included in Yeovil’s squad for their televised season opener at Scunthorpe United on Saturday.
The Merseysider scored his opening goal for the Whites in the B team’s 2-2 draw at Warrington in their final pre-season friendly on Tuesday night and will now be able to further his development in the top tier of non-league football in the opening months of the season.
