Eoin Toal will make his first Wanderers’ appearance as the B team looks to build on its winning start.
Toal has recovered from the injury that has delayed the start of his Whites’ career after signing from Derry City last month.
And the defender will get the chance to build up his match fitness in the Central League against Blackpool’s Development Squad this afternoon (Tuesday).
Matt Craddock’s side started their campaign with a 1-0 win over Fleetwood Town last week thanks to a Conor Carty goal.
Midfielders Josh Sheehan and Lloyd Isgrove made their returns from injury in that game and will feature again against the Seasiders at their home venue of Bamber Bridge.
Kick-off is at 2pm with admission free for spectators.
