The Wanderers’ squad returned to duty today to start their build-up to the 2022/23 season.
The players clocked on at their Lostock training base for a series of tests and fitness checks to kick off their pre-season programme.
Boss Ian Evatt then takes his first-team group to Portugal on Sunday for a week-long training camp on the Algarve.
A 23-man party is set to make the trip, including new signing Jack Iredale who met up with his new team-mates when he was in the first group to report on Friday morning.
Wanderers play their opening pre-season friendly on 28 June with the EFL League One campaign set to start on Saturday, 30 July.
The new season's fixtures will be released - along with the draws for the opening rounds of the Carabao Cup and Papa John's Trophy - on Thursday, 30 June.
