Lamine Toure has joined Lancaster City in another loan move from the B Team squad.
The powerful centre-back has linked up with the Dolly Blues until 3 January and follows Buxton-bound defensive team-mate Max Conway in heading out ahead of the weekend to get the chance of first-team experience.
Toure, who will remain eligible for B team games during the length of his youth loan spell, will be available to Lancaster for their Northern Premier League top-flight fixture against Ashton United at the Giant Axe on Saturday.
Toure – who turns 19 on Christmas Eve – signed a first professional contract with Wanderers during the summer after coming through the club’s youth set-up and made a first-team debut as a late substitute in the Whites’ EFL Cup win over Salford City in August.
His move to Lancaster continues the Whites’ policy of looking to get competitive first-team game time for their young players where appropriate.
And he joins Conway (Buxton), Conor Carty (Gateshead), Adam Senior (Telford United), Connor Stanley (FC United) and Arran Pettifer (Atherton Collieries) currently out on loan.
