Wanderers will face Accrington Stanley in the FA Youth Cup at the University of Bolton Stadium on Wednesday, 23 November.
The second-round tie will kick off at 7pm with pay-on-the-gate admission of £3 for adults and £1 concessions (U18s and over-65s).
The Whites – who will be looking to avoid a repeat of a first-round exit to Stanley last season by backing up their recent EFL Youth Alliance win over the Reds – booked their place in round two with a 3-0 home win over Wythenshawe Amateurs.
Stanley, who reached round four of the competition last season, set up their trip to the UniBol with a 3-2 win at Hartlepool United.
