CHARLTON ATHLETIC (H): Supporter Match Pack

It’s ‘Family Day’ again at the University of Bolton Stadium as Wanderers take on Charlton Athletic.

After two successful Family Day fixtures last season, the Whites are delighted to be staging another match day aimed at making watching Wanderers as accessible and affordable for as much of the local community as possible.

Tickets

Sponsored by Peel L&P, Family Day offers admission at just £10 and £5, with tickets available to buy for official club members up until kick-off at 3pm.

Her Game Too

Saturday’s fixture will also see Wanderers celebrate and support the Her Game Too campaign.

Her Game Too is a female fan-led movement that aims to foster an ethos of respect and inclusivity for women across the game.

The Wanderers’ players will wear Her Game Too t-shirts to show their support for the campaign during their warm-up.

And almost 200 girls from Bolton Wanderers in the Community’s Football Development Centres have been invited to the fixture, along with Bolton Wanderers Girls & Women FC players who will be welcomed onto the pitch at half time.

Save A Life Campaign

On a busy day, Wanderers are also hosting first-aid sessions before kick-off as part of the ‘Save A Life Campaign.’

BBC Radio Manchester and St John’s Ambulance have come together to launch the campaign on the back of the fifth anniversary of Manchester Arena bombing.

Members of the public are being encouraged to learn potentially life-saving first-aid skills.

Club staff, volunteers and fans are invited to attend the sessions in the Premier Suite at the Unibol from 10am-3pm and gain vital training from St John’s Ambulance staff and volunteers.

Fan Zone

The Fan Zone will be open from midday to 3pm – and again after the match – for home supporters.

A range of drink and locally-sourced food will be available, with an additional bar serving Madri lager also in operation.

The lunch time Merseyside derby between Everton and Liverpool will be shown on the big screen.

Golden Goal

Golden Goal will be back on sale with the chance to win a major cash prize for a £1 ticket.

Tickets can be bought with cash in the Fan Zone, lower concourses, outside the club shop and in hospitality areas.

Match the published time of the first goal to the one printed in your ticket to win the £500 cash prize.

All monies raised are used by the Bolton Wanderers Development Association to fund projects throughout the club and community through the BWiTC.

Kiosks

Kiosks will be open around the stadium concourses with a wide range of food and beverage offers.

iFollow

Live streaming of the game is not permitted in the UK but can be watched overseas. Full commentary is available with an iFollow audio pass with details of how to subscribe HERE

Match programme

Match-day programme ‘The Wanderer’ will be available to buy from sellers around the ground, priced £3.

The 48-page programme, celebrating Wanderers’ 25 years at the University of Bolton Stadium throughout the season, features Kieran Lee in profile.

And on-loan defender Conor Bradley answers the ‘More than a Footballer’ questions.

Fan behaviour

Wanderers are backing a new football-wide initiative aimed at making all fans feel safe at matches.

The FA, Premier League and EFL are introducing stronger sanctions to tackle anti-social and criminal behaviour and underline the importance of a safe matchday environment.

Among the measures being introduced, anyone who enters the pitch and those carrying or using smoke bombs and pyros will now automatically be banned by their club.

Car parking

An ANPR parking system is now in place at the stadium. Don’t forget to pay for your parking with the payment options HERE
