The comprehensive survey covers five key off-field club topics and asks supporters their opinions on areas including the matchday experience, the relationship between the club and supporters, communications, ticketing and retail and Wanderers’ role in the community.
Each topic offers fans the chance to submit written responses, take part in polls and rate the club on the subjects being covered. There is a social aspect to the survey, meaning other fans will be able to see your comments and respond to them, as well as giving you the chance to join in conversations and see poll results come through in real time.
The online survey takes around ten minutes to complete on either desktop or mobile – but supporters don’t have to complete the survey in one go. There is the option to return at leisure without losing feedback that’s already been submitted. You can choose to respond anonymously or register a login.
Those who decide to register for the survey will be automatically entered into a draw to win four tickets to the Platinum Suite for matchday hospitality at the final home of the season against Fleetwood Town on Saturday 29th April!
The Bolton Wanderers Supporter Survey 2023 has been developed in partnership with Social Asking – the same British owned, US-based software provider that brought Wanderers’ supporters the popular ‘Pick Our Kits’ survey in August last year.
Neil Hart, Chief Executive Officer at Bolton Wanderers said: “Feedback from our supporters is crucial in helping us understand how we’re doing as a club and for influencing decisions we make in the future.
“We wanted this survey to be as all-encompassing as possible, covering the full scope of off-field operations and we hope supporters find it offers plenty of opportunity to share your views on anything and everything that matters to you. Nothing is off the table!
“We are particularly keen to hear what fans think about the matchday experience, how they travel to the stadium and if they use the club’s matchday bus service? We’d also like feedback from our hospitality guests and supporter suggestions on what a ticketing loyalty scheme might look like, and if one is required?
“Please take part if you can – your opinions really matter.

The Bolton Wanderers Supporter Survey 2023 will remain open until Friday 21st April.
The winner of the draw will be selected and contacted after the survey closes.
