George Thomason will top up his comeback with a run-out in the B Team tomorrow (Tuesday).
Thomason has been back as far as the bench at first-team level after recovering from the knee injury he sustained at the start of December.
However, rather than travel with the Whites to Portsmouth for their Tuesday night fixture at Fratton Park, the midfielder will benefit from guaranteed game-time against Huddersfield Town’s B Team in a Central League game at Lostock.
Matt Craddock’s men - who are third in the table - face the Terriers in a 1pm kick-off after winning 3-2 at Town in the first league meeting between the sides in November.
