Wanderers will find out their semi-final opponents in the Papa Johns Trophy when the draw for the last four takes place this afternoon (Saturday).
The Whites’ name will be on ball number two when the draw is made live on Sky Sports following the 12.30pm Championship game between Rotherham United and Blackburn Rovers.
There will be no neutral venues in the semi-finals, with the one-off fixtures being played in the week commencing 20 February, with both ties set to be broadcast live on Sky Sports.
Ian Evatt’s men could face Accrington Stanley, Cheltenham Town or Plymouth Argyle as Wanderers look to reach Wembley for the first time in 12 years and win the EFL Trophy competition for the first time since 1989.
