Wanderers travel to Oakwell to take on Barnsley in the League One Play-off semi-final second leg, with over 2,000 Whites in the sold out away end. We have been provided with some information for those travelling to Yorkshire on Friday...

Parking

As detailed in the Away Fan guide, parking options on-site for Wanderers is through the Queens Ground car park, (S71 1AN) with cars charged £5, minibuses (under a 16-seater) at £10 and coaching spaces are £20.

Please be advised that all vehicles must remain stationary for at least 10 minutes after the final whistle. The exit gate of the South Stand car park, situated at the top of the drive (right turn only) will not open until all visitors’ coaches have vacated the away car park. 

There is also off-site parking for Wanderers fans to use including the Oakwell Rise Primary Academy Park & Walk, which is a ten-minute walk from Oakwell Stadium. 

The car park opens three hours before kick-off and closes one hour after the full-time whistle. Parking can be booked by clicking here.

Pre-Game

The Metrodome Leisure Centre (situated next to Oakwell) will have a large bar area open from 4pm for away fans only. This bar is ideally placed next to where away coaches and cars will park on the night at Oakwell. 

 

Tickets

Wanderers fans can collect pre-ordered tickets and duplicates from the home Box Office situated in the South Stand. Barnsley will have a collection point directly outside the box office from 5pm onwards.

 

Getting into Oakwell

Turnstiles open at 5:30pm for Wanderers fans at Oakwell, with a sold out away end backing Ian Evatt's men.

The away late gate is open up to 35 minutes after kick off, with Turnstile 44 open for Wanderers fans in the Barry Murphy Stand.

 

Food and Drink

Refreshments are available throughout Oakwell Stadium within supporter concourses.
There are bar and refreshment facilities within these areas that offer a range of food. From pies, chips and burgers, to hot dogs, flatbreads and pizza. Confectionary and both alcoholic and soft drinks are also on offer.

Payments via card are encouraged inside Oakwell, but cash payments are also available.
