Wanderers’ B Team have added young goalkeeper Jack Flint to their ranks to bolster their options in the goalkeeping department.
Flint joins Matt Craddock’s side and will provide competition for Luke Hutchinson and Ellis Litherland between the sticks for the Whites.
After joining on an initial one-year contract, with Wanderers holding the option of a second year, Flint said: “I’m buzzing to be signing and I’m delighted to be here.
"I’ve worked really hard to get to this point so I’m really happy to sign. I’m looking forward to working hard with the B Team to keep progressing.”
Having progressed through the youth system at Crewe, Flint feels like that experience has put him in a good position to join Wanderers.
“As a goalkeeper I think I’m a good shot-stopper and have quick reactions. When I was at Crewe, I had to be good with the ball at my feet so I’m comfortable doing that too.
“I’ve just got to work as hard as I can, put everything I’ve got into it and hopefully progress.”
Jack is available for selection for the B Team today as they open their Central League season against Preston North End.
