Bolton Wanderers is delighted to confirm the club will be running open trials for our newly integrated Women’s Team in the coming days.
Following Myles Smith’s appointment last week as Manager of the women’s team from the 1st July, the next steps will now be implemented as the club looks to enhance and evolve the squad ahead of the new campaign.
As the integration of the team into club operations continues, coupled with the unwavering commitment of the Football Club to take this project forward, it’s an incredibly exciting time to be a joining our club.
The open trials will take place across three days at Lostock Training Ground on the following dates:
Monday 1st July : 6pm-7:45pm
Tuesday 2nd July : 7pm-9pm
Thursday 4th July : 7pm-9pm

Myles Smith, Women’s Team Manager, said: “We are thrilled to be putting on these open trials next week, and we look forward to seeing a high number of players express their interest.
“We are recruiting for players who possess not only technical ability, but also carry tactical nous that can come in and strengthen the squad as we look to build a promotion-winning side next season.
“This is the first step of many that we will take in the coming weeks to lay a solid foundation from which to build. From that point, we will then be in a strong position to start the season in the best way possible and aim to make it a campaign to remember.”
