Aaron Collins has been nominated for the April Sky Bet League One Player of the Month award.
The Wanderers’ striker scored six times last month as the Whites went unbeaten to secure third place in League One and their place in the play-offs.
Collins kicked off April with a hat-trick against Reading which he launched with a superb strike that won him the Wanderers’ Goal of the Season award.
The January signing then added important goals against Bristol Rovers, Portsmouth and Port Vale to take his tally to eight in 10 games.
Oxford United striker Mark Harris also scored six goals in April to help the U’s reach the play-offs and is short-listed alongside Collins, Blackpool goalkeeper Dan Grimshaw and Reading midfielder Lewis Wing.
The judging panel for the Sky Bet Player of the Month comprises Sky Sports’ EFL expert Don Goodman, EFL Chief Executive Trevor Birch and Sky Bet EFL trader Ivor Davies.
The winner will be announced on Friday.
