Wanderers will go to either Everton or Crystal Palace – if they can beat another Premier League side in their FA Cup third-round replay.
The Whites drew 0-0 at Luton Town on Sunday and face the top-flight Hatters in a replay at the Toughsheet Community Stadium next mid-week.
The winners will then go to either Goodison Park or Selhurst Park in round four after the draw for the last-32 of the competition was made on Monday night.
Palace and five-time FA Cup winners Everton also fought out a goalless draw in their first meeting with the replay taking place on Merseyside next week.
The fourth-round ties are scheduled to be played on the weekend 27-28 January.
The date of Wanderers’ replay against Luton will be confirmed once fixtures selected for live broadcast have been announced.
