Wanderers continue their pre-season preparations with a trip to face Curzon Ashton tonight (KO 7.45pm).
The Whites will be looking to build on Saturday’s opener at Bamber Bridge when a goal from Randell Williams gave Ian Evatt’s men a 1-0 win.
The Wanderers’ boss utilised all his fit senior players at Brig, with the exception of striker Dion Charles whose international appearances this summer have already given him some game-time.
And he will again look to share the workload at the Tameside Stadium as Wanderers build towards the new campaign in the second of their six public friendlies.
National League North side Curzon Ashton also won 1-0 at Bamber Bridge in their first pre-season fixture before drawing 2-2 at Trafford last Saturday.
Entry to tonight’s game is pay on the gate, with prices at £10 for adults, £5 for concessions and free for U16s (with paying adult).
