Wanderers' scheduled League One fixture at Bristol Rovers this afternoon has been postponed due to safety reasons as a result of Storm Darragh.
Rovers had hoped the game would be able to go ahead but worsening conditions overnight caused by the extreme weather have brought an increased significant threat to the safety of all due to attend The Memorial Stadium, as highlighted by repeated emergency alerts from the UK Government.
In consultation and agreement with the EFL, local safety advisory group and both clubs, the fixture has been postponed for safety reasons.
A new date and arrangements regarding tickets bought for today's scheduled fixture will follow in due course.
