Josh Sheehan completes the quartet as part of the Wales’ squad to face Turkey and Iceland as they look to try and secure promotion from Group B4 of the competition.
Northern Ireland top Group 3 in League C and are looking to secure promotion with the results they need against Belarus and Luxembourg.
Hungary could finish second in Group A3 to secure a quarter-final spot.
