Wanderers are back at the Toughsheet Community Stadium to take on Charlton Athletic in League One.
Last time out the Whites managed a point at home to Cambridge United after a late equaliser with Cambridge defender Zeno Ibsen Rossi putting the ball into his own net in the 90th minute.
Tuesday's visitors Charlton Athletic currently sit in 12th, four points behind Wanderers in the league table.
Last time out the Addicks were on the wrong end of a six goal thriller away to Rotherham United losing 4-2 at the Aesseal New York Stadium.
Press Conference
Wanderers Assistant Manager Stephen Crainey: " We’re frustrated we never won the game on Saturday – absolutely – because we demand to win games at this football club. But tomorrow we'll be going into the game in a positive mindset and looking to win and hopefully we can do that.
“The fans demand, we demand, the staff and the players, to win games. Tomorrow is no different. Charlton are a good side and it will be a tough game but we go into the game with confidence and positivity and we're looking forward to it.”
Nathan Jones (Speaking after Saturday's defeat to Rotherham): “We need a reaction, We need to bounce back from that because that isn't good enough. The traveling fans I feel for them today. I feel for us as well as staff. I always say to us [the players and staff], it's all about us, it's not about opposition, it's about us. If we're the best versions of ourselves, then we will win games, but today we were a mile off.”
Team News
Josh Sheehan made a welcome return to the matchday squad on Saturday and made a 15 minute cameo at the end of the game. He will be in contention to step up his involvement on Tuesday night.
Eoin Toal has also returned to training in the past week and will be closely monitored to see when he is ready for a return to action.
The Addicks will be without Kaiyne Ramsay for the trip up north after he suffered a knee injury, which isn't as serious as first thought according to Nathan Jones.
Form Guide
Wanderers will be disappointed picking up just a point on Saturday but actually cut the gap to the playoffs to just three points with a game in hand over Stockport County.
The Whites are unbeaten at home against the Addicks in their last three, winning two, with the most recent matchup ending in a 3-3 draw between the sides.
Whilst it is only late January, Charlton are looking for their first win of the New Year but their last victory was in impressive one over high flying Wycombe in December.
The final month of the year was a successful one for the Addicks where they went on a six game unbeaten run in the league to end 2024.
Kick off
Tuesday 7:45pm.
Referee
Jacob Miles is the man in the middle for this one.
