Supporter Match Pack | Cheltenham Town (H)

Supporter Pack

Wanderers host Cheltenham Town at the Toughsheet Community Stadium on Tuesday 23rd January in the latest Sky Bet League One clash.

Here’s all the information you need ahead of the game:

Tickets

Tickets for the fixture remain on sale and can be purchased online up until kick-off. We do urge supporters to purchase in advance to avoid the matchday queues.

Supporters wishing to upgrade any concessionary ticket for tonight's game to a full adult, will just need to present the concession season ticket at the turnstiles to gain entry. No paper ticket upgrade is necessary.

Match tickets purchased for the original fixture that were stored in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet have now expired (QR Codes will be greyed out) and will not be able to be scanned in at the turnstiles tomorrow night.

We are asking those supporters who were sent their match tickets via email, to use the ‘Print at Home’ PDF ticket on their original email. These can either be opened on your smart device or printed off A4.

Should supporters require their ‘Print at Home’ match ticket resending, please email tickets@bwfc.co.uk before 5pm on Tuesday

All digital season tickets, season ticket cards & paper match tickets are still valid for re-entry at the turnstiles tomorrow night.

One Wanderers Family

We would ask all supporters to represent Wanderers in a responsible way and remind fans that anyone entering the pitch or carrying pyrotechnics or smoke bombs will face club bans instigated by the footballing authorities, and possible police action.

It is of the utmost importance that everyone inside our stadium feels comfortable and safe.

The ‘One Wanderers Family’ campaign allows supporters to share information and report any incidents of disorder in and around the stadium via a dedicated TEXT number as we encourage fans to See It. Report It. Stop It.

If you would like to make report, please TEXT or WhatsApp 07542 850 902.

Car Parking

Supporters are reminded of the ANPR car parking system in place at the Toughsheet Community Stadium, so please remember to pay for your parking either at the machines in the car parks or online.

Supporters are encouraged to utilise www.parkgood2go.com for match day payments.

The portal allows users to register their number plate and payment details and once registered, the ANPR cameras will recognise the number plate as the vehicle enters into the stadium car park and payment will automatically be taken.

Please be aware of local residents and park responsibly, using official Club car parks.
