In collaboration with Victorian Plumbing, we are delighted to be bringing Finals Day back to the home of Bolton Wanderers!
A much-loved event that took place annually prior to the COVID pandemic, teams of all ages - including men’s teams, women’s teams and mixed groups - will take to the field at the Toughsheet Community Stadium to compete in respective Cup Finals throughout a single day.
Taking place on Sunday 26th May, teams from the Bolton, Bury and District League – along with academy teams from Wanderers, Port Vale and Fleetwood Town - will be following in the footsteps of the first-team squad to make their mark at the home of the Whites.
Whether that’s scoring a vital goal in the style of Aaron Collins or making a crucial block like Ricardo Almeida Santos at the back, the sides taking part will be part of a day to remember.
The return of Finals Day to the Toughsheet has been made possible thanks to the contribution of our Principal Partner, Victorian Plumbing.
Citing Wanderers’ values as a key reason for linking up with the club initially last year, this collaboration only emphasises the community-centred ethos that sits at the heart of both.
Carl Sanderson, Head of Commercial at Bolton Wanderers, said: “We are thrilled to be working with Victorian Plumbing in bringing such an important event back to the Toughsheet.
“Our values are perfectly aligned with theirs, and to be able to showcase this through the return of Finals Day just reinforces the club’s ethos of being firmly at the centre of our community.
“We are excited for Finals Day, and we look forward to continuing our work with Victorian Plumbing over the coming years as our partnership only grows.”
Stephnie Judge, Managing Director of Victorian Plumbing said: “We’re so excited to help bring Finals Day back to the Toughsheet and to be involved in such a special event for the community.
“To have a role in the return of Finals Day is an honour for Victorian Plumbing and signifies our commitment to fostering a meaningful partnership with Bolton Wanderers that supports and benefits the local community.
“The return of Finals Day marks an important date for Victorian Plumbing and Bolton alike and we hope to continue our involvement in these events as our partnership strengthens”.
