Wanderers have been handed an away trip to Shrewsbury Town in the second round of the Carabao Cup.
Ian Evatt’s men will again face a fellow League One side in the northern section of the draw after getting past Mansfield Town on penalties in round one on Tuesday night.
Shrewsbury also went through via spot-kicks after overcoming Notts County in a shoot-out following a 3-3 draw at home to the League Two outfit.
Wanderers will make the trip to the Croud Meadow in the week beginning Monday, 26th August.
The exact date and ticket details will be confirmed in due course.
The tie will be a second meeting in the competition between the clubs, with Wanderers winning a second-round encounter 4-3 on aggregate in 1984.
