Wanderers Launch 2024/25 Macron Home Kit

kit launch

Bolton Wanderers has today launched the club’s home kit for the 2024/25 season.

With pre-order now available, the design was rated highest by supporters via the ‘Pick Our Kits’ survey back in August 2023.

Working in collaboration with Macron alongside in-house Wanderers’ staff, the kit is made entirely from Eco-Fabric, a polyester material 100% derived from recycled plastic – meaning 13 x 0.5lt bottles were once again recycled and used in every shirt.

The all-white shirt takes on a new look for a Wanderers’ home kit next season, whilst still holding traditional club values and feel.

With the Club crest and Macron Hero placed centrally on the shirt for the upcoming campaign, the kit holds a contemporary yet classical design.

Showcasing the logo of Principal Partner, Victorian Plumbing, the round-collared shirt is complemented with a navy and red trim, with Sleeve sponsor Whites Beaconsfield’s logo featuring on the left-hand sleeve.

In keeping with tradition of previous years, ‘Wanderers’ is printed on the nape of the neck to sit above our Back of Shirt sponsor, ebuyer. Complimenting the shirt, Wanderers’ home kit will be completed with white socks and navy shorts, the latter baring the logo of the club’s Back of Shorts sponsor, Utilita.

Neil Hart, Chief Executive Officer at Bolton Wanderers, said: “We are delighted to introduce our home kit for the 2024/25 season, as chosen by our supporters from the ‘Pick Our Kits’ survey.

“With close to 15,000 ratings across the kit concepts, the feedback we received from supporters was hugely positive for this winning design. You overwhelmingly wanted a plain, white shirt - here it is, and we think it looks brilliant.

“I personally travelled across to Italy to meet with the team at Macron, and I would like to thank them for their support in bringing this design to life.

“Additionally, thanks must go to our kit partners who have shown their support for the upcoming season in Victorian Plumbing, Utilita, Whites Beaconsfield and ebuyer.

“We’d also like to thank the Bolton Wanderers Supporters’ Trust for initially bringing the idea of ‘Pick Our Kits’ to us in what is a hugely popular initiative, as well as Social Asking for facilitating the survey.

“Lastly, a thank you must go to our fans who without their valued contribution and participation in the concept, this would not be possible.

“With the away kit also set to be launched on Monday 24th June, as well as the kit for our Women’s team to follow in due course, the anticipation for the new season is starting to build.”

Paul Stanworth, Head of Retail at Bolton Wanderers, added: “We’re thrilled with the final look of our home kit for the 2024/25 campaign.

“We know Wanderers’ supporters love a traditional home shirt and whilst our core values remain the same, this kit offers something different to previous years.

“With the centralisation of the logos creating a modern feel to it, as well as features such as a navy collar, chequered embossing and being made from eco-fabric, we’re extremely happy with the end-product.

“We hope the fans love the look and enjoy wearing the kit with pride during the season!”
