Bolton Wanderers Women are delighted to announce the signing of midfielder Ocean Flanagan.
The former Blackburn Rovers academy player arrives at Wanderers Women having last played for fellow Division One North side, Accrington Stanley - having joined Stanley at the under-15 age group.
Playing first team football with Stanley over the past year, Ocean has made the step-up superbly and impressed in a Accrington team that are battling it out with Wanderers at the top of the Division One North.
Carrying experience at both county and national level with Lancashire U16s and England schoolgirls, Flanagan will be no stranger to Wanderers Women supporters when featuring against the Whites earlier this season.
Flanagan drew Stanley level with an outstanding free-kick that found the top corner, as well as converting a late penalty - emphasising her ability both with and without the ball - before Wanderers ran out winners in a 5-2 victory.

Ocean will wear the number 38 shirt for the 2024/25 campaign and will link up with her new teammates ahead of the final five league games and upcoming Challenge Cup Final.
"I'm really excited to just get in and get going with the girls. I'm looking forward to it," she said.
"I like to get around the pitch and work hard - you could say I'm like a little engine. I've seen when playing against Bolton how much of a good team they were, so I'm excited to get in there and get to know them all as quickly as I can..
"I spoke to Myles (Smith), and the ambition that the club has and where they want to go has drawn me here, so hopefully we can have a good end to the season and build on that moving forward."
