Morley started his youth career at the Manchester City and Bolton Wanderers, before signing with Rochdale. In 2017, he signed his first professional contract with Rochdale, where he made over 100 appearances.

On 11 January 2022, Morley re-signed with Bolton Wanderers, having previously played for the academy. He made his debut against Ipswich Town.
